TPS22998: Maximum Junction temperature

Hi:

I am performing thermal simulations of a system that uses your TPS22998. The data sheet mentions the Rth JC and Rth JB but it doesn't mention the max allowable junction temperature. It just says is limited internally. 

Could you please send me the max operational junction temperature?
