background is that my customer found failure on TPS22913 during surge test on their products, so they want to check on it. Thanks.

What I mean is the surge test，add surge voltage (a large transient voltage and there is standard) on Vin (EN is connect with Vin) to see if the part will be damaged.

Hello Given,

Yes, I was asking which standard. Regardless- no surge tests were done on this part since it's intended for personal electronics. ESD and latch-up were done instead. This device isn't meant for situations in which a surge would occur.
