bq78pl114s12 cell soc 65535

 Hi, when i use bqWizard.3.1.0 to connect pl114, everything is ok, first step i load the Firmware FW_0001_0000_5000_0012, it's ok, then i load a tamp file ,that file is establish by PackConfigurationUtility, it has 10 cell, but when i finished that ,in history tab, cell 1 to cell 3 is ok, cell 4 to cell 10 ,the cell soc display is 65535, and in learned tab ,QMax is 0, i give it a charge cycle it doesn't change. I haven't saw this problem before when i used the BQWizard 3.0.16 or older version,  how to solve this problem, thank you.
