Hello E2E,
Our customer ordered the TPS54620RGYR, and they received it. However, it has wing on thermal pad. It looks like a "RHL" package.
The label seid "RGYR" on side of box for packing.
Is it a shipping mistake?
Or is the data sheet wrong?
Is the featherless package not delivered even if I order the RGY package?
