UA78M: Abnormal condition working with 79M15

Hi team

Customer is using 78M15 and 79M15 as +-15V power supply, powering from +-18V as the figure below. But sometimes when powering up, the output of 78M15 is clamped at -0.8V, 79M15 can output -15V. It seems that the 78M15 is influenced by 79M15. The next stage is LM258, it only consumes mA level current. Do you have any insight? Thanks!

    Hey Shaofeng,

    Could you please provide the entire orderable part numbers?

    Could you also please provide a scope shot of the input voltage, output voltage, and output current (if at all possible) for both devices? What is the output current level?

    Could you please explain in more detail what you mean by the devices influence each other?
