Hi Team,

Our customer would like to ask our recommendation for a USB power controller for this application. 

We are designing an automotive diagnostic tool that takes the power from the OBD port, has an USB-C port (USB 2.0 only), connects to the smartphone as a peripheral (UFP only) but charging ability is needed too. USB type C/BC1.2 power specification, no PD, just standard 5V-1.5/3A.

It occasionally could be connected to a laptop through USB-A, so in this case the power sourcing must be disconnected/disabled automatically.
