About the RSVD pin from the datasheet it should be connect to BP18 through 1K.

Any side effects if RSVD will be connected to GND?

    I believe there could be potential effects on both power consumption and long term reliability.  I think it could also cause system noise issues.  I'm not going to go against a datasheet recommendation.
