Table 2-2 on page 19 of the TPS65930 data manual SWCS037G shows the ULPI UCLK signal to be of a type input, but with an initial state of output. Is this signal really an i/o signal, is there a typo here, or am I missing something? I am a bit curious about this as it seems it could cause contention on the UCLK signal if this is not understood clearly.
