I didn't find detail description for gate control for startup up as below, could you help to know how to select these component? and how calculate for Cdv/dt?

Hi Mark,

dv/dt circuit is needed while driving large capacitive loads. Please refer Section "3.2.2.7 Choosing the VOUT Slew Rate" in https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva673a/slva673a.pdf and let me know if you have further questions.
