BQ40Z50-R1: what dose manufacture info A and manufacture info B respectively mean?

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

There are manufacture info A and info b in the bq40z50. But detailed info in the spec. The customer would like to know how to configure them, and is there any reference? Could you help resolve this case? Thanks.

Hello Cherry,

There isn't much to these registers, you don't need to configure it in any way for the gauge to work. These blocks provide some extra storage that the customer can use however they like. The TRM contains information on how to read/write these blocks your customer can reference.

Hello Cherry,

Section 13.1 in the TRM has a guide and some examples to read and write to the manufacturer access blocks, which includes these two blocks. These two blocks can be found in the table and have addresses 0x0070 and 0x007A. There isn't much other information on these blocks. I believe that is mostly because they don't really have any unique functions besides storing some extra data, which is up the customer to use or not.
