BQ40Z50-R2: CUV delay time

This can vary because the nature of the FW based control. If the voltage drops below and stays below (doesn't dip into the CUV threshold and back out) for a full 2s then the protection should trip. There can be some error since the protections are checked every second, and the voltage is measured every 250ms. Worst case is ~1000ms longer than programmed because of the 1s protection checking interval.
