TPS54332: Calculating compensation components

Sorry, we do not have the calculator. In practice, we always use the Webench to help us design quickly. We can check the phase margin and estimate the efficiency using Webench. Webench is the model based on our validation data upon the device.

For the schematic: Would you please share the inductor value and the saturation current together with the load current so that I can check whether the inductor is fitted? Also, would you please tell me the voltage tolerance of the input capacitors and the output capacitors? I have checked the compensation components using webench and find that the phase margin is low. So you may change the values.

For the layout, two tiny things here:

1. The boot cap: I would recommend the boot cap (C18) be close to the boot pin rather than PH pin and use via to connect PH with the boot cap. Do not let PH copper overlay the BOOT wire since PH is noisy.

2.For the Vout sense, I see the sense wire comes from the copper of Vout, I would recommend to sense just beside the output capacitor and let PH copper be away from the sense wire.
