My customer need assistance.
I used the BQ76952EVM BMS029A to try to send a command to change the value of the register to disable sleep. But the BQ76952 didn't work, I read the battery status register and it showed it wasn't changed. This is the command I send and SLEEP_EN doesn't change.
I can only change it through the software's interface.

The command sequence is correct. I just checked it and tried it on my board and it works.
The Dashboard in BQStudio should be turned off when using the command sequence window. If the Dashboard is on, then BQStudio will be communicating to the device in the background to update the Registers window. Can you verify that this is off?

I resent the command while making sure Auto Refresh is OFF. But it still doesn't work.
I reinstalled the software to make sure it was the latest version, but it still doesn't work
I see the problem. You are using an old pre-production version of the IC as shown in the BQStudio window:
You need to replace the IC on your board. The BQ76952 production version has been available since September 2020, so you must have an EVM from a long time ago.
