Hi team,

Could you give me comment on following customer questions?

Q1. Does TI have maximum on resistance about transistor?

Q2. For Figure 1, is it correct understanding that it shows Vce when the single channel is turned on?

Q3. For Figure 2, is it correct understanding that it shows Vce when the two channels are turned on in parallel?

    Hello Sasaki-san,

    Q1. BJTs are not as simple as MOSFETs which can be labeled with low Ron. For BJTs you'll want to look at the voltage drop across it given a certain output current. Figure 1 will show you Vce at the given output current.

    Q2. Yes.

    Q3. Yes.
