Hello Xiaoqian,

Can you check if EV2400 shows up in Windows device manager? If not, then try running the EV2400 firmware updater

Hello Xiaoqian,

Thanks. It looks like the hardware is working. If you saw HID devices update after updating the firmware, then bqStudio should detect the EV2400 now.
