Where can I find thermal parameters that are not included in the Texas Instruments datasheets?
Most datasheets have Theta, but not Psi values. For all of you reading this, make note of the application note I found that describes the differences between Psi to Theta. It's SPRA953 and is a good app note on thermal measurements including what Psi and Theta numbers really mean:
