LMR14030-Q1: Schematic review

Hi Cera,

Here are some things I noticed:

• R28/R29 feedback resistors look good
• Rt is the correct value if a 1820kHz switching frequency is needed
• L4 output inductance needs to be increased to prevent a large ripple current--ensure that the maximum Vin (including transients) is used to solve for min inductance not just typical Vin
• C224/C225/C226 output caps look good assuming a full load step and 5% for the Vout transient
• Be sure to use a Schottky diode that is rated 25% higher than Vin and at least 3.5A PD2 does not seem to be Schottky
• C222/C223 input caps look fine. The high freq filtering cap (C216) should be 0.1uF according to the datasheet
• C230 Cboot is good
• C237/C238 Soft start caps are in range
