TLV702-Q1: TLV70233 Internal pull-down resistance of out Pin

Hi experts,

My customer uses TLV70233-Q1 to transfer 5V to 3.3V, the EN pin is controlled by GPIO, default pull down. When EN is low, the out pin is pull down from 3.3V to 2.6V. The support need is that:

1. Could you help provide some debug methods about this case?

2. Could you help check the what is the internal pull-down resistance of out pin?

Could you provide me a schematic showing how the device is connected along the values of the Load current, Input and Output caps? Also, could you provide me a scope shot showing V_IN, V_EN, V_OUT and I_OUT? Thanks!

Hi Srikanth,

My customer is sure that the voltage drop is resulted from other IC current backflow. Our LDO output voltage drop to 2.6 and other manufactory LDO drop to 0.7V. So my customer want to know that whether the difference of internal pull-down resistance at output pin cause the voltage drop difference.

So could you help provide the internal pull-down resistance of output Pin. Thanks.

Hello Jasper,

TLV702-Q1 device does not have an active discharge/pull-down resistance at the OUT pin.
