Hello,
The functional temperature of BQ76952 is –40°C-85°C. When my internal chip temperature is greater than 85°C, will the chip be damaged? I noticed that the temperature protection threshold of the internal chip can reach 120°C. What is the working state of the chip for 85°C-120°C.

    Hi,

    The datasheet specifications are based on characterization data up to 85C ambient temperature. The BQ76952 will still function beyond this temperature, but the performance specifications are not guaranteed beyond this range.
