Required Switching Circuit

I need a switching Circuit using NexFET mosfet (P as well as N-Channel) which has switching speed(Ton and Toff) less than 30ns.

Please provide me the schematics for the same.

I am not sure what kind of switching circuit you are asking for without knowing the end application. Turn off and on time is a function of the driver and the MOSFET gate capacitance. NexFETs have very low Qg, therefore you will not have any trouble switching in 30ns.
