Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5143, LM25143, LM25148
Hi,
Not able to customize design for Vout 3.3V and Iout 60A (Single output Dual Phase) in WEBENCH for LM5143-Q1.

Thanks Tim.
I will be using LM5143-Q1 for 3.3V 60A . Do I need dual phase or from single phase i can achieve?
Regards
Kamal
Kamal, 60A is too much for a single phase. Even 30A/phase is quite high (depending on the input voltage and max ambient temperature).
PS: We just released the LM5143 and LM25143 (commercial versions of the LM5143-Q1). See apps example #3, which is 5V/50A.
I am looking AEC-Q100 qualified .Input voltage 12V and output voltage 3.3V,60A.
LM5143 and LM25143 is not AEC-Q100 certified.
Yes, the LM5143-Q1 is the best solution here, particularly if Q grade is required.
You can use the quickstart calculator (see product folder) to assist with circuit design and component selection.
Yeah started with quickstart calculator for component selection for Vout 3.3V@60A.
Thanks Tim for quick clarification.
No problem. Send on the completed quickstart file if you'd like me to review it.

Hi Tim,
Please find the quickstart files with different mosfet options.
Kindly review and suggest.

Hi Kamal,
2.1MHz is way too high for this current level. Try 250kHz.
Keep the loss in each FET under 1.5W if possible and use 5 x 6mm footprint, not 3 x 3mm. See recommended FETs in the LM25148 datasheet (Infineon 40V OptiMOS6 family).
Note we have the LM5143 and LM25143 released now - these are commercial versions of the LM5143-Q1 automotive controller.
Regards,
Tim
