Is there any SOA curve for TPS25200? or device can be operated for any V, I combination within recommended operating condition?

Please refer this application note for detailed understanding.

We don't provide SOA data . As long as device is operated within recommended conditions there should not be SOA concern. Please refer this FAQ for more info:
