noise problems on TPS40131

Hi,

 

I'm having some noise related prob with this chip; It sometimes inject (5MHz) noise to the gate drive circuits. This happens after an enable the PWM ramps up, but at somestage The noise only stays for a brief period just after an enable. Any suggestions welcome.
