LM5069: LT4363 function like

The customer's minimum voltage is 9v, what is the minimum starting voltage of 8.4v? Is it possible to replace LTC4363 with lm569 or have other suggestions

Minimum operating voltage of LM5069 is 9V. What is the application use case ? and protection requirements?

TPS4811, LM5069 can be used as replacement for LTC4363

The minimum is 9V application,
But if the tolerance may be lower than 9v, it may not be able to output normally?

For LM5069, the minimum voltage has to be greater than 9V for proper operation.
