Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

Temperature protection while charging, unable to recover! HT=1 is highlighted.

OTC temperature setting: ThreshoId = 45°c, Recovery = 40°c, HT is still on after the temperature drops to 37 degrees, cannot be charged, theoretically it is self-recovery at recovery temperature. Is there anything wrong?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

    Hello Cherry,

    Can you share a log and .gg file from their test?

    The temperature modes correspond to the values they programmed in the advanced charge section. The protections have separate thresholds for being set and recovery.
