Hello There,
I have a quick question on the internal regulator operation depending on EN pin. Per I know, the internal regulator keeps running once VDD pin is applied with a proper level (>V_UVLO) regardless of EN pin. This is what's happening with TPS543C20. BP pin of TPS543C20 is always on. I believe this is the general operation of most DCDC converter devices.
However, I notice TPS56121 has a different operation. BP pin of TPS56121 will be off when EN pin is low even though VDD is properly applied. What's the reason? Maybe is it a special case because EN pin is implemented along with SS functionality unlike other general devices? Is there any other devices that EN pin can control the internal regulator as well?
