My customer use TPS40057 in DCDC module, has below issue need your support:
The main problem is: the adjustment of the overcurrent point. I adjusted the resistance of ILIM, and there was no change. I also adjusted the resistance of KEF. It was waveform output at the beginning, and then loaded, and it was protected when it was added to 0.2A.
Then I changed the resistance of the ILIM, the resistance of the whole KEF, and then replaced the low on-resistance MOS tube, and then the waveform changed to the burst one, see the attached waveform. ,
After that, I read the specification again, it is related to CO VO Tss, I don't quite understand it.
