We consider to change VTTREF capacitor JMK105BJ224KV to LMK063BJ224KP.

Considering the DC bias characteristics, LMK063BJ224KP is not satisfied 0.22uF.

Is it OK to change to LMK063BJ224KP?

Datasheet is described as belows.

8.2.1.2.3 VTTREF Capacitor Add a ceramic capacitor, with a value 0.22 µF and X5R grade (or better), placed close to the VTTREF terminal for stable operation.

If necessary, a capacitor larger than 0.22uF can be used on this pin, the requirement is that the pin has at between 0.22uF and 1uF of capacitance, with the worst-case capacitance ideally being somewhere around 0.2uF. If there is another capacitor that you can use within this range, that is preferred.
