BQ76952: 48V, 50A BMS Design Support

Part Number: BQ76952
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-010208

Hello,

We have started with desing of a BMS using BQ76952 for 16S, LiFePo4, 3.2V Chemistry, with upto 50A load current requirements.

I have studied the Design Guide: TIDA-010208 from TI. We will able to use most of it.

Design Guide: TIDA-010208 has specs of 27A charge and discharge current. We require upto 50A.

Is there any reference material to study, how many additional FETs to be used for this increased current requirement?

If we increase the number of FETs, whether the charge pump would be able to support?

For example, if we are using 6FETs for charging and 6FETs for discharging, Whether CHG and DSG pins of BQ76952 will be able to drive 6xFETs each?

Regards
