Hi team,

Here's an issue may need your help:

1) Apply the BQ78350+BQ76920 together on the product BMS After the battery is over-discharged, the chip is over-protected and cannot be activated by charging, and must be manually reset by bqstudio to return to normal. 2) The voltage and capacity of the battery read with bqstudio are completely different.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

There is not enough information to help with debug. Can they share their register settings for the BQ78350 (.gg.csv file)? Can they share screen capture from BQStudio?

Hi Jenkin,

This .gg.csv file is only showing the default values for the device. It is not showing your settings. Can you export the settings from the device?

The screen capture is showing the OC bit is set high in the Safety Status registers (over-charge), so maybe you have this feature configured incorrectly.
