We would like to use TPS92630-Q1 in our SAIC S11L cargo lamp project.

But customer is asking to provide IC chip nm process and packing place for this high side driver.

Could you please kindly help to provide?

Hi Gary,

This IC is assembled in Taipei, China. Chip process: 180nm

But actually we would recommend TPS92633Q1 which could have better supplies in the future. Also, TPS92633-Q1 has better thermal performance than TPS92630-Q1.
