My customer wants to know what the maximum reflow soldering temperature we support is. Could you please help answer it?

    Hi Sherry,

    This device is specified as Level 1 MSL rating as per JEDEC industry standard with a maximum peak temperature of 260°C (+0° / -5°C).

    The details of the profile are defined in the standard IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020. Refer to section 5.6 “Reflow”, table 5-2 Classification profiles for Pb-Free Assembly of the standard.
