Hi team,

What is the minimum capacity of the output capacitor of LMZ35003?

There is a description that it is 47uFx2 of Ceramic capacitor, but if it is 10.5Vout,

the capacity reduction of DC bias is large and I do not know how many should be used.

    Hello,

    The datasheet recommends at least 100uF of output capacitance, or 2 x 47uF or 4 x 22uF so this is a good place to start. 

    The output capacitors on the EVM (Capacitor, ceramic, 25 V, 10%, X7R, 22 µF, 1210, GRM32ER71E226KE15L) appear to de-rate by around 20% when 5VDC is applied across them. That would result in around 70uF of effective output capacitance when operating in steady state, be sure to select output capacitors that result in at least this value when operating at your desired conditions.
