TPS25982: Possible discrepancy?

Hi Experts,

Our customer would like to clarify if pin 7(ILIM), pin 8 (ITIMER), pin 10 (RETRY_DLY), pin 11 (NRETRY), pin 15 (DV/DT) are mentioned in tables page 4 and page 5 of the datasheet as output, however, all of them should be input.

Could you help confirm the conflict found in the pin description and signal type in the datasheet?

    Marvin,

    It is correct in datasheet. They should be output. They have an internal current source that is generating voltage based on resistor resistor or cap at pin. They are not meant to be provided voltage from outside so they are not input pin. Voltage is generated by IC and output on these pins.
