Hello Team,

 

Need the dimension details of the Solder Pins used in PTN78000WAZ.

 

When I refer in the PTN78000WAZ Spec Sheet, It was mentioned to refer the Solder Pins Datasheet for further details. But the datasheet of the solder pins wasn't referred anywhere in the part datasheet.

 

Could you please help in getting the solder pins datasheet?

    Hi Surendhar,

    I believe the note you have highlighted is in reference to the PTN78000W product datasheet. 

    The Absolute Maximum Ratings found on page 2 gives the solder reflow temperature, in your case since you specified the PTN78000WAZ the absolute maximum reflow temperature is 260C. 

    There is also an app note available on the product folder, slta054, that gives the soldering requirements for the PTN modules so that may also be helpful here.
