Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
Capacitor C16 with 15 pf in parallel with the wake up pin.
Issue: when powering up and working properly, use a multimeter to measure the voltage between the wake up pin and GND, when the lead hits the wake up pin, the chip will be damaged. The customer have tried 6 chips and the issue is true for all these chips(Chip damage: the internal 5-V supply of the chip cannot be established.) After changing the C16 tolerance to 10 nf, the problem disappear.
Is this issue related to the configuration of the wake up pin external circuit? If so, how to configure it?
