I've characterized quite a few LiPo packs to this part over the years and my test setup is very consistent.
We're doing work with a new customer who is using cells that are just being made right now. Latest characterization results told me that there was no matching ChemID which was to be expected.
There are only a handful of these cells in existence at this point and they're rather expensive. The customer will be using >3k cells this year and possibly significantly more next year.
I will be delivering 280-300 BMS units by the end of 2022 for the packs with these cells.
I do not have a TI sales rep assigned to me.
Would someone be willing to work with me on this?
Also, what are the requirements for performing this? Number of cells, lead time to test, NDA requirements, etc.?
