Hi,

We are looking for a High-Side N-Channel MOSFETs Driver with a built in charge pump

Here is the requirement:

Input voltage: 54V ~ 84V
CHG and DSG high-side NMOS FET drivers for battery protection
Discharge N-MOSFET: 6~10 pcs in parallel
Act fast to turn off the DSG FET for short-circuit protection

May I have your support to suggest a suitable gate driver device?

Hi Jack,

We don't have integrated charge pump in our portfolio. This apps note shows an example of an implementation of a high side switch using an external charge pump. You can share with customer in case they are open to going with a non-integrated solution: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sluaa58/sluaa58.pdf

Thanks for the comments. Is there any similar device like bq76200, but can support Vin max to 84V?

Hi Jack,

Unfortunately we do not have another device in the BMS portfolio similar to the BQ76200 with higher voltage. There is a 20S reference design (TIDA-01093) but it uses low-side FETs. The BQ76952 battery monitor has high-side NFET drivers - you could possibly stack 2 devices if you have a large battery.
