TPS3824: The same function recommand with MAX6318LHUK26DX-T

Hi experts,

Do we have the suitable socket to the MAX6318LHUK26DX-T? I find TPS3824 has same function, same pinout, but only 200ms delay time. My customer selected the MAX6318LHUK26DX-T becasue of 1.6s delay time.

Customer need to keep RESET high level grearter than 500ms for ensuring power start-up time.
