Hello,
We are developing a wearable RFID handheld reader, we use a LiPo Battery and we have the need for 2 different voltages in our circuit, 3.3VDC and 4.0VDC.
We are currently using your buck/booster TPS630250RNCT(might need to replace, more info below) to regulate the battery voltage to 3.3V, and we were looking for a booster to step up those 3.3V to 4V.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Buck/Booster specs requirements(We are looking to replace this current buck/booster because it is out of stock in all major retailers):
Vin: 2.7 to 4.2V it can be lower or higher but it must respect the interval(ex: 0.5V to 5v is good)
Vout: 3.3V fixed or adjustable(fixed preferred for fewer parts but not important)
Iout:
- Typical 20-50mA,·
- Occasionally 100-200mA,·
- Peak 2A(peak time = 900us)
Enable pin: Necessary and when turned off current must be less than 5uA max.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Booster specs requirements(Uses Vout from the buck/booster):
Vin: <3V
Vout: 3.9 to 4.1V fixed or adjustable(fixed preferred for fewer parts)
Iout:
- Typical 2mA-20mA,·
- Occasionally 100-200mA,·
- Peak 2A(peak time = 900us)
Enable pin: Does not need this feature, if it has, the current when turned off is not important.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Because it is a handheld device the low current efficiency of both the buck/booster and booster is very important to reduce the weight and size of the battery.
Could you recommend to us your best active parts in stock with the specification above in consideration? If you want you can send multiple options and we will choose the best for our needs.
We expect to buy the first batch in 1-2months.
Thank you for your time.
