CSD18541F5: Questions about gate resistance and ESD value

Hi team,

My customer designed this device and they would like to know electrical parameter, see below picture.

Could you advise below red circle parametr value?

In datasheet, I saw Rg=1.2k~1.6kohm, so is it one of answers.

And how about zenor diode (ESD) data?

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the inquiry. The CSD18541F5 includes back-to-back gate ESD protection structure. It passes 1600V HBM and 1000V CDM. I am including a couple of links below with more information on gate ESD structures used in TI FETs and how they behave with gate-source voltage.
