Hello Team,

The datasheet of TL7700-SEP states that this is • Radiation hardened: – Single event latch-up (SEL) immune to 43 MeVcm2 /mg at 125°C

Since there is no data relevant to other SEE (e.g. SET), can we consider this device sensitive only to SEL and immune to other SEE (e.g. SET)?
