Hello,

We are using this part in a design, and want to understand if any of the NC terminals needed to be grounded?

    HI Adam,

    Based on the datasheet pin out table, NC pins are floating.  I recommend grounding these pins to avoid floating metal.

    "No internal connection. Connect to ground net and copper to improve heat sinking and board-level reliability"
