Good Day. I am reaching out to see if I can request confirmation on the technology used within the following part number: LMZ14203TZ-ADJ/NOPB

Do this part use CMOS, BiMOS, Bipolar or other technologies? Do they use a mixture of technologies? If so, what technologies are within each part respectively?

Hello

This device uses a BiCMOS process with DMOS for the power FETs.

Each block uses that particular technology that is best suited to provide

the highest performance for that function.

I don't think we can provide any more detail than the above statement.

1) Are the active circuits in the LMZ14203 functional block diagram integrated onto a monolithic chip?
2) Is the LMZ14203 module manufactured with separate / discrete active parts?

Hello

The active circuits of the LMZ14203 are integrated as a monolithic IC.

The inductor is discrete.

The combination creates a module.
