Hi Team,

My customer want to know our spec of internal detection range of the thermal shutdown of the series regulator.

Could you help to share more detail for us ? because I just see we mentioned on the datasheet but I can't to see any detail spec of curve on there.Thanks!

    Hi Eddie,

    Unfortunately we do not have any char data accessible for this older part, but the thermal shutdown temperature for devices with an abs max Tj = 150C is usually in the range of about 150C ~ 175C, and usually it is closer to 175C.
