I need efficiency, not accuracy.

Is this a chargepump internally?

Juan,

I misread that, my apologies. You can essentially treat the PMID reg as a 4.5V LDO. Efficiency can be calculated as follows:

If VIN=5, and Io=100mA, we end up with essentially 90% efficiency.
