AC or DC input to DC output SMPS circuit design

Dear TI team

I want to design an SMPS circuit with the following specifications:

* Input can be either 33-265 VAC or 48-375 VDC (ultra-wide input)

* Multiple DC outputs

1.output : 24V with 0.7 A

2.output : +10V with 0.8 A

1.output : -10V with 0.8 A

1.output : 5V with 0.5 A

1.output : 3.3V with 1 A

* Output power (40-100W)

How to design an isolated  power supply circuit with the specifications above ?

How can I make the transformer calculations according to this circuit? Is there any softwares to do that ? Please guide us

    Thanks for your interest and providing your specifications in your post.

    To design this isolated power supply circuit, I recommend you follow https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP30280 as a starting point. This design has 2 outputs, but it's close to your input specification and contains our LM5021.  This controller is a good fit for this application because it's a flyback controller that supports continuous conduction mode. Which should have better cross-regulation performance than controllers that support only discontinuous or transition/critical conduction mode flybacks.

    Optimizing this design to compensate for this many outputs will likely take some iteration.

    I'm not aware of a free, online, high performance software tool that will help you make transformer calculations for a 6 output supply. But, know you'll likely want 8 transformer windings in total (1 for each secondary side output + auxiliary bias + primary side). You can start your transformer design using the equations in section "8.2.2.2 Transformer" of the LM5021 datasheet with your transformer vendor.
