Hello,
TPS54527 does not have minimum on time spec?
Does TPS54527 work even Vin=18V and Vout=0.76V?
Best regards,

Hi K. Hirano,
TPS54527 does have a typical 150ns min on-time specification. Most likely the min on-time pulse will be delivered following an increased off-time which will try to maintain the regulation at 0.76V. This will result in lowering of switching frequency. Let me double check with design on this as I do not have a EVM handy to test on bench.
Thanks,

Amod,
Thank you for your response.
I look forward to receiving feedback from design.
Best regards,
K.Hirano
Hi K.Hirano,
I confirmed with design team this condition of 18V to 0.76V should not be an issue. As I explained before, if min on-time pulse is delivered, off-time increases to regulate the VOUT.
Thanks,
Amod
