Hello TI Team,
the UCC23313 is for gate driving and has MOSFET push-pull output state. According to the datasheet it looks like it could be use as a push-pull output, to drive 200mA load with 30V, like the circuit below. Could you confirm that or explain if not?

Our isolated gate drivers are designed to drive the capacitive load of power switches.
As long as you don't exceed the thermal capability of our device, your use should be okay. Please calculate the power dissipation using the data in Table 8.1. As the output mosfet's rds(on) increases with temperature, use 2x the values listed there (9.5 ohms ROH) for your calculation.
Then, using the thermal impedance information in the datasheet, you can estimate the junction temperature in your use case.
