LM117HV: Junction-to-case thermal resistance at TO-39

Good day! We need your confirmation here. 

As I noticed by our customer, comparing some data sheets of the LM117 regulator family, the specification of thermal resistance has changed over the years at the most models, but not at the "high voltage" version LM117HV.

Their main concern in particular is the version LM117HVH in TO-39 case (PFM Metal Can Package).

Can you confirm, that the Junction-to-case thermal resistance of the version LM117HVH is typically 12 °C/W as stated in the revised datasheet from September 2015 (please see attached screenshot)? Or, maybe there is a mistake in transcription?
